Newthymes For best service, please place orders through our secure on-line
shopping cart through the website. All on-line Credit Card Orders over $100 (excluding shipping) will receive a 6% discount. This discount will not apply to phone-in orders.
Credit cards are keyed in manually and the 6% discount will be reflected on your
receipt.
Newthymes suggested that you read
all policies prior to purchasing. All customers within the USA will
receive a notice of shipment with tracking or confirmation numbers available to
you. Please keep track of your shipment using the information emailed to
you. If your shipment does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time,
please contact us at that time. Normally all UPS shipments will arrive 1
to 5 business days from time of shipping, USPS shipments may take a little
longer. Please check with your local post office prior to contacting us.
Newthymes We are often adding on
new items so check back often. While most items are in stock at all times,
we sometimes do run short on larger orders and this may cause a delay.
Normally we ship immediately all items available, back ordered items will be
shipped as soon as they arrive at no additional cost to you (within the USA).
International back orders will be notified of expected arrival date and all
items will ship at once.
Newthymes we also use a secure, encrypted shopping cart system, allowing you to easily select a product or products and check out with ease while protecting your secure information.
Our shopping cart is easy to use, simply just click on size of item you want to
purchase, click on "add to cart" link, the shopping cart will ask you for your
zip code in which your order will be shipped to, enter in information as needed,
choose your shipping method. Once you have completed adding in all items
you wish to purchases, check your shopping cart contents to make sure all items
have been added, then go to check out. Enter in all payment and shipping
information, including correct and complete address, check credit card
information to be sure all is correct. Our system verifies your credit
card information including the security code from the back of the card.
Your transaction will be declined if all information is not correct.
