Sea Salt was once considered so valuable, it was used for currency (this is where you get the word 'salary'). It has been considered a fertility symbol, a key ingredient in magical spells and potions, used in mummy preservation and religious ceremonies, and were a key component in the development of international trade. This is the only rock directly consumed by man. It has been used since the beginning of life by ocean plants, animals and people. There are two kinds of salt; sea salt and rock salt. Sodium chloride, a mineral which crystallizes in small transparent cubes, melts at 803° centigrade, is soluble in both hot and cold water, and conducts a current of electricity. The composition of a crystal of ocean salt is so complicated that no laboratory in the world can produce it from its basic 80 chemical elements. These salts are full of wonderful minerals that aid in relaxing and detoxifying the body of impurities making them excellent for fragranced bath salts by themselves or blended with other salts. Baths with this salt and baking soda have been used as an effective treatment for radiation exposure. One can simply make a paste of sea salt & water and rub onto your body before a shower, (allow it to sit for at least a minute before washing off).

Cautions - This product should be exposed to as little air contact as possible. After use, close securely so no air can penetrate.
